T2T 9/11 Never Forget Mobile Museum!
Sept 5th Escort: Quinsigamond Community College 11a Staging, 12p start arriving at the Fitchburg Municipal Airport 1p. All riders welcome. Come out and line the ride route, let show Tunnel to Towers how central Mass welcomes our heros!!
Basic ride details some know where we will be:
Quinsigamond to Assumption St.
W. Boylston St to ST RT 12
RT 12 through Boylston and downtown Sterling, then to 190 N to Fitchburg taking the next exit putting riders on Rt 117 Leominster (by Leominster Walmart) to avoid the Central Street construction.
RT 117 to Leominster Center putting riders back on the RT 12 to Fitchurg Wanoosnoc Rd/Bemis Intersection, right onto Bemis
Bemis to Airport Rd. This will be police and Fire escorted let line the route!!!
Sept 6th Opening Ceremony 10a come out show your support for the exhibit, local and state fire, police, EMS and US Military! And all the people involved in bringing the museum to central mass!!
Sept 6th and 7th exhibit is open to the public at no charge from 12-6. Your guides are NY Fire Fighters that were on duty Sept 11th.
During the two day event Fire and Police apparatus for accross the region will be on site for kids from 1-100 to explore.
